Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier nursing care for patients undergoing various surgical procedures including orthopaedic, gynaecology, obstetric, ENT, vascular, plastic, urology, paediatric, dental, bariatric, ophthalmology and general surgeries.
- Support and oversee the smooth operation of daily theatre lists.
- Collaborate with a large, diverse team across the hospital’s day surgery and main theatre sites.
- Ensure compliance with quality improvement initiatives and accreditation standards.
- Maintain infection control protocols to safeguard patient and staff health.
Skills and Qualifications

- Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience: A minimum of 12 months of postgraduate nursing experience in any specialty.
